  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65218-1-Ig (same clone as 65218-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human HLA-DR (65218-1-Ig, Clone:L243) and CoraLite®594-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000. Cells were not fixed. Monocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65218-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
