  IF Staining of HCT 116 using 84372-5-RR (same clone as 84372-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HCT 116 cells using IKKA antibody (84372-5-RR, Clone: 241579D12 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84372-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 84372-5-RR (same clone as 84372-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug IKKA Recombinant Antibody (84372-5-RR, Clone:241579D12) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84372-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

NF‐κB is regulated by phosphorylation of one of its cytoplasmic inhibitors, IκB, mediated by IκB kinases (IKK), allowing NF‐κB nuclear translocation and transcriptional activation. IKKα‐IKKβ heterodimer complexes regulate the DNA binding proteins implicated in the canonical NF‐κB pathway, including p50‐p65, while IKKα‐homodimers regulate p52‐RELB dimers implicated in the alternative NF‐κB pathway.
