  FC experiment of Daudi using CL488-67051

  1X10^6 Daudi cells were stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Anti-Human IL-4R (CL488-67051, Clone: 1E4C11) (green), or stained with 0.2 ug isotype control (black). Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.

• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
