  1x10^6 human PBMCs were unstained (blue in histogram), or surface stained with 0.1 ug PE Mouse IgG2b, κ Isotype Control RecAb (PE-98740, Clone: 253506A1) (red) or 0.1 ug PE Anti-Human CD4 (OKT4) (PE-65134, Clone: OKT4) (green in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes were surface stained with 0.1 ug PE Mouse IgG2b, κ Isotype Control RecAb (PE-98740, Clone: 253506A1) (red in histogram) or unstained (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.
