  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98740-1-MR

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were unstained (blue in histogram), or surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2b kappa isotype control RecAb (98740-1-MR, Clone: 253506A1) (red in histogram) or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 (OKT4) (65134-1-Ig, Clone: OKT4) (green in histogram), and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2b, κ isotype control RecAb (98740-1-MR, Clone:253506A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 THP-1 cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2b, κ isotype control RecAb (98740-1-MR, Clone:253506A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed.

Background Information
