  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98739-1-MR (same clone as 98739-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2b, λ isotype control RecAb (98739-1-MR, Clone:253507A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, or 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD4 (OKT4) (65134-1-Ig, Clone: OKT4) (green in histogram), or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98739-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of rat splenocytes using 98739-1-MR (same clone as 98739-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 rat splenocytes cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Mouse IgG2b, λ isotype control RecAb (98739-1-MR, Clone:253507A1) (red in histogram) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG , or unstained cells (blue in histogram). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98739-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
