  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using Kallikrein 7 antibody (23810-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 23810-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Kallikrein-7(KLK7), also known as SCCE, PRSS6, is a member of the kallikrein subfamily of serine proteases involved in various enzymatic processes. KLK7 is abundantly expressed in the skin and is expressed by keratinocytes in the epidermis(PMID: 10974542).
