  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using PCYT1A antibody (83100-1-RR, Clone: 230393B4 ) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83100-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 83100-1-RR (same clone as 83100-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human PCYT1A (83100-1-RR, Clone:230393B4) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83100-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83100-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83100-1-RR against Human PCYT1A were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
