  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85810-1-RR (PTGIS antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85810-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 85810-1-RR (same clone as 85810-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using PTGIS antibody (85810-1-RR, Clone: 243128C2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85810-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85810-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85810-1-RR against Human PTGIS were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
