  WB analysis of mouse brain using 55485-1-AP (same clone as 55485-1-PBS)

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55485-1-AP (Rootletin antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55485-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of hTERT-RPE1 using 55485-1-AP (same clone as 55485-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed hTERT-RPE1 cells using Rootletin antibody (55485-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CoraLite®594 ARL13B antibody (CL594-17711, red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55485-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
