  WB analysis using 15093-1-AP (same clone as 15093-1-PBS)

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15093-1-AP (SCML1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15093-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 15093-1-AP (same clone as 15093-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 15093-1-AP (SCML1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15093-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using SCML1 antibody (15093-1-AP) at dilution of 1:800 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15093-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A549 using 15093-1-AP (same clone as 15093-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SCML1 Polyclonal antibody (15093-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15093-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Sex comb on midleg-like 1 (SCML1) is a meiosis-specific protein and is an essential component of the meiotic dense body. SCML1 is preferentially expressed in germ stem cells of testis, therefore likely involved in spermatogenesis.
