  WB analysis of mouse testis using 25607-1-AP (same clone as 25607-1-PBS)

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25607-1-AP (TOMM5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 25607-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 25607-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 25607-1-AP (same clone as 25607-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using TOMM5 antibody (25607-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidine (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 25607-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
