  WB analysis of SH-SY5Y using 21332-1-AP (same clone as 21332-1-PBS)

  WB result of YLPM1 antibody (21332-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-YLPM1 transfected SH-SY5Y cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21332-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

YLPM1 also known as ZAP3, ZAP113, or C14orf170. YLPM1 plays a critical role in the regulation of telomerase activity and transcriptional repression. The molecular weight of the human YLPM1 protein is approximately 250-300 kDa, with a shorter isoform about 200 kDa.
