  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed PC-3 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 ANK3 antibody (CL488-27980) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of PC-3 using CL488-27980

  1X10^6 PC-3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human ANK3 (CL488-27980) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Background Information

ANK3 is associated with neurodevelopment and neuronal function. It has been reported that ANK3 plays a key role in bipolar disorder. ANK3 is expressed in brain at a high level. There are several isoforms of ANK3 associated with different tissue expression and function.
