  WB analysis using CL488-67687

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL488-67687 (ANP32A antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of A431 using CL488-67687

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 ANP32A antibody (CL488-67687, Clone: 2D8C5 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

Background Information

ANP32A, an acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein, is a member of the inhibitor of the histone acetyltransferase (INHAT) complex and preferentially binds to unmodified histone H3 tails in vitro. ANP32A is expressed in normal tissues as well as in pancreatic, breast and prostate cancer and other malignant tumors. ANP32A plays an important role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, transcriptional regulation, signal transduction and other processes.
