  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-60264

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CCT3 antibody (CL488-60264, Clone: 5F5A6 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-60264

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CCT3 (CL488-60264, Clone:5F5A6) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Recommended dilution

• Immunofluorescence (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
