  FC experiment of U2OS using CL488-25162

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Dnajc18 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-25162)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer.

Background Information

DnaJC18, also named as DnaJ (Hsp40) homolog, subfamily C, member 21, belongs to Type III DnaJ Family. Type III DnaJ proteins have a J domain but lack the other sequence features that are found in type I and II members of the family. DnaJC18 might play a role in the process of spermatogenesis in adult testis (PMID: 29082339).
