  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-67428

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 EIF4G2 antibody (CL488-67428, Clone: 3C11A3 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67428

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human EIF4G2 (CL488-67428, Clone:3C11A3) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL488-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Recommended dilution

• Immunofluorescence (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension
