  FC experiment of HeLa using CL647-67428

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human eIF4G2/DAP5 (CL647-67428, Clone:3C11A3) (red), or 0.2 ug APC-65124 ; APC Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (APC-65124, Clone: MOPC-21) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
