  FC experiment of HEK-293 transfected with HA-GFP using CL647-81290

  1x10^6 HEK-293 transfected with HA-GFP were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®647-conjugated HA Tag Recombinant monoclonal antibody (CL647-81290, Clone:6I21), and 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Intracellular Flow Cytometry Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (PF00019).

Background Information
