  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using CL647-65209

  1X10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control (CL647-65209, Clone:2A3) (red), CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-mouse CD62L (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.

Background Information

The 2A3 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The 2A3 immunolglobulin binds to TNP (trinitrophenol), a hapten not expressed on mouse or human cells. It is used as an isotype control for rat IgG2a antibodies. This antibody has been quality-tested for flow cytometry as negative control.
