  FC experiment of Human Monocytes-derived dendritic cells using 65171-1-Ig

  1X10^6 Human monocytes-derived dendritic cells (induced with GM-CSF+IL-4+TNF-α) were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human CD83 (65171-1-Ig, Clone:HB15e) and FITC anti-Mouse IgG1 Antibody at dilution 1:50 (green), or stained with 0.5 ug mouse IgG1 isotype control and FITC anti-Mouse IgG1 Antibody at dilution 1:50 (black). Cells were not fixed.
