  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-67107

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Calpastatin antibody (CL488-67107, Clone: 1G12A2 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67107

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Calpastatin (CL488-67107, Clone:1G12A2) (green), and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (CL488-66360, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (black). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100.

Recommended dilution

• Immunofluorescence (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
