  IF Staining of HeLa using CL594-67935

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite®594 ValRS antibody (CL594-67935, Clone: 1A2C3 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-67935

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human ValRS (CL594-67935, Clone:1A2C3) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Recommended dilution

• Immunofluorescence (IF): IF : 1:50-1:500
